Shristi Widge

Shristi Widge has been part of Poovayya & Co. since graduating in 2016 and works with the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Her practice includes contractual disputes, banking and debt recovery matters, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate litigation.

She is also involved in constitutional and regulatory matters and has handled matrimonial disputes. Shristi represents several large domestic and multinational FMCG companies and private-sector banks, and regularly handles arbitration matters for construction and infrastructure companies.

Shristi frequently briefs and works closely with senior counsel before the Karnataka High Court and other High Courts and tribunals, bringing consistency, diligence, and procedural clarity to complex dispute matters.
