Sanjanthi Sajan Poovayya

Sanjanthi Sajan is a distinguished lawyer with over two decades of experience spanning infrastructure, telecommunications, information technology, corporate transactions, and constitutional and civil litigation. A graduate of the National Law School of India University (1997), she co-founded Poovayya & Co., where she now serves as Managing Partner. Recognized as an A-List Lawyer by the India Business Law Journal (IBLJ), Sanjanthi has helped shape the firm into a leading full-service practice with 60+ lawyers and offices across Bangalore and Delhi.

Under her leadership, Poovayya & Co. has seamlessly integrated cutting-edge litigation, corporate advisory, and real estate practices, earning a reputation for best-in-class legal solutions across industries.

Beyond law, Sanjanthi is an accomplished entrepreneur and changemaker. She was named one of 30 Dynamic Business Women by The CEO Magazine. She also founded Meriyanda Nature Lodge, Coorg, an award-winning eco-friendly resort, and leads its land rejuvenation projects in the Western Ghats.

Her commitment extends to education, sports, and social impact. She serves on the board of the Canadian International School and contributes to education think tanks on technology in learning. A national-level badminton player, she represented India at the Senior World Badminton Championship and founded the Sport for Hope Foundation to nurture grassroots sports talent.
