He appears before multiple judicial and quasi-judicial fora in Bangalore, Bombay, and New Delhi, including the High Courts, Commercial Courts, City Civil Courts, Sessions Courts, Magistrate's Courts, and various tribunals and commissions. Dharmendra regularly briefs and collaborates with some of the most renowned Senior Counsels in the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. His portfolio includes advising and representing Indian and multinational corporations in commercial dispute resolution, mediation, and international and domestic arbitration. His cases span shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, concession agreements, construction contracts, banking and finance arrangements, technology, software development, and EPC and infrastructure contracts. With a global perspective, Dharmendra's expertise extends to cross-border and multijurisdictional disputes, representing clients in courts across the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and East and South Asia. Beyond his practice, he contributes to Legal Education as an active speaker at conferences and workshops. Dharmendra also imparts his knowledge as a serving faculty member at the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.

Dharmendra regularly briefs and collaborates with some of the most renowned Senior Counsels at the Supreme Court of India on matters ranging from constitutional challenges to complex corporate disputes.
