Anjali Menon is a Partner at Poovayya & Co. with extensive experience in employment law, workplace conduct and corporate governance. Her practice focuses on advising corporate clients on complex employment matters, including executive (KMP) employment and separation, drafting and implementation of workplace policies and comprehensive compliance documentation. Anjali guides organizations through sensitive internal disciplinary inquiries and leads independent investigations, with specialized expertise in managing POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) inquiries and compliance.

Beyond her core employment practice, she leverages her corporate background to handle commercial contracting work, including specialized technology contracts, foreign investment regulations and strategic labor and employment structuring options for corporate transactions.

Prior to her current role, Anjali worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co. and was a Partner at Poovayya & Co. before founding her independent practice, Express Law, which she successfully led until rejoining the firm.
