Abhilash Vaidyanathan

Abhilash Vaidyanathan is an Associate at Poovayya & Co. with over a decade of experience in white collar matters, civil and commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and arbitration. He represents clients before the High Court, trial courts, arbitral tribunals, and the National Company Law Tribunal, handling disputes across both judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

His work spans complex litigation across manufacturing, automobiles, FMCG, real estate, drugs and cosmetics, and information technology. Abhilash has also represented the Election Commission of India in a writ petition before the High Court of Karnataka concerning a challenge to election results.
